To restore is to bring back or go back to a previous state.

We are often reminded of the wide-ranging and highly individual nature of COVID-19's effects on our mental health. And although life might not go back to the way it was before, we can still make an effort to bring back the things that gave us joy, stability, and contentment in the past.


What is mindful restoration?

As a Behavioral Health Consultant and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I take a holistic approach to mental health and I value the importance of integrated care. I also believe you can restore your mental health using the same steps you use to of improving your physical health.
